Feedback 
  • The client enjoyed the play on words of combining Venues and News
From this piece of feedback, I understand that the client is impressed by the name of my magazine and therefore don't need to change it. I chose this title as it clearly explains to my consumers/target audience what the content of the magazine is and more specifically what they are purchasing. I feel as though this title is straight to the point and won't confuse my readers. 
  • Letters for the title - Genre for letter needs to be more stereotypical 
This feedback is indicating that I need to adjust my letter fonts for the front cover, the reason for this is because the lettering is not stereotypical enough to represent each different genre. This piece of feedback is important as it will help show the readers that the magazine will have no specific genre. 
  • Expand on mood board - put on fonts, give photos which relate to my specific magazine 
This feedback is telling me that the mood board I created wasn't specific enough to the magazine and instead of showing fonts and colour schemes I only showed possible venues I can use and photos I may use in future copies.
  • The reasoning for the price - paper can be more expensive just because of printing costs
This feedback is saying that the reasoning for the price is wrong and that I need to adjust the reason for why I have made each copy this price. Initially, I made the price of the paper copy more expensive due to the QR code, but the price should have been higher due to the printing cost. I need to do some further research and consider my price more.
  • Colour of powerpoint should link to colour scheme of magazine
This feedback is saying that the powerpoint I made to pitch the idea to the client should reflect the colour scheme of the actual magazine. Initially i chose a random colour scheme which didn't match the colours of the magazine.

Learning Outcome 3 (U3): Be able to create production materials for an original media product to a client brief. Body copy The reason I have written this body copy in this format because it provides the reader with information on both the venue its self as well as the concert hall, which the actual article is written about. The reason I have done this is because it allows for the reader to gain more information about the venue as a whole and not just focuses on one section, this meets the client requirements of writing about a venue in north London whilst also giving the reader more information. Learning Outcome 1 (U3): Be able to create a proposal with sample materials for an original media product to a client brief.   Learning Outcome 2 (U21): Be able to create a proposal and pitch for an original media product based on a given brief Objective The purpose of this magazine is to inform the audience about upcoming concerts in these venues, as well as that it will inform the reader of previous concerts and music based events that have happened in those venues.
